Career database access
Protected database operations are performed from server-side code. Service credentials are not intended to be exposed to browser code.
ApplyReady data
Current ApplyReady profile, resume readiness, saved-job, and tracker information is stored in browser storage. Resume files are not uploaded through the current ApplyReady workflow.
Employer payments
When paid job listings are enabled, payment checkout is handled through Stripe. RoleArrow does not need to store full payment card details in the application database.
Administrative access
Administrative job-management routes use server-side authorization controls. Administrative credentials should be stored only in protected deployment environment variables.
Responsible use
Users should not submit passwords, government identification numbers, financial account information, medical records, or other highly sensitive information unless a RoleArrow feature specifically requires it.
