Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare data, program trends, system workflows, or operational performance
- Support dashboards, reporting, reconciliations, audits, compliance reviews, or process improvement
- Translate payer, provider, clinical, claims, EHR, Medicaid, or revenue cycle requirements into usable insights
- Collaborate with healthcare, operations, technology, quality, finance, or program stakeholders
Requirements
- Healthcare, payer, provider, Medicaid, revenue cycle, analytics, IT, EHR, compliance, or program operations experience
- Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with healthcare data, claims, EHR, SQL, Excel, BI tools, workflow analysis, or similar systems preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed team environment
